About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Cybersecurity at the University of North Georgia, where I joined in August 2026. My research focuses on machine learning and deep generative models for crystal structure prediction and materials design, combining artificial intelligence with computational materials science to advance methods for materials discovery.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina, where I specialized in developing machine learning and deep learning techniques for crystal structure prediction and generative materials design.
